Location: Champillon – France
Blend: 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
Harvest: By hand.
Production: elaborated with the traditional Champenoise method.
Average age of vines: 30/40 years old
Ageing: 3 years

Appearance: pale gold color, shiny, with fine and bright bubbles.
Nose: round and racy releasing notes of apples enhanced with floral notes.
Taste: right mouth, robust and well tensioned by its liveliness. The aromas of fruit return in the middle of the mouth with hints of spices on the finish.
Temperature of consuming: 8 – 10°

Food pairing: ideal for your aperitifs, foie gras, puff pastry, fish and cheeses.
